Telecommunications Training RoomAPPLICATIONS: The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee of IBEW Local 102 is now accepting applications for first year Telecommunication Apprentices on a year round basis. The applications being taken now are tentatively scheduled for the September 2009 class. Applications must be completed, in person at: IBEW Local 102, 50 Parsippany Rd. Parsippany NJ
Applications are taken for one full week every month starting with the first Monday of each month from 9AM – 3PM
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Copy of Birth Certificate, Official High School Transcript, High School Diploma, or G.E.D. Certificate. All applicants shall be at least 17 years of age to apply and must be 18 before indenture.
NONDISCRIMINATION: The joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee of Local 102 IBEW in the conduct of its apprenticeship program, admits applicants of any race, sex, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to all apprentices.
Transportation: All applicants must have a valid drivers license and their own vehicle.

As a trainee in the telecommunications division you may be required to report for on-the-job training assignments anywhere within the employment jurisdiction of the JATC which is the State of NJ.
